Just for our customers peace of mind, we offer 24 months warranty on Dino® heat press products. 24 months covers all parts and labour, we also offer a fantastic life time warranty on the heating element. Lifetime warranty is for all Galaxy clam presses. Lifetime warranty is excluded from all mug presses.

Warranty terms & conditions:
The Dino® warranty covers defects and faults with our machines. Warranty is for repair, replacement of same or similar products only, Dino® Manufacturers warranty covers, repair or replacement, collections and return for the first 12 month period. Dino's® extended 12 months warranty covers repair or refurb replacement, labour. Dino's® extended warranty excludes ancillary charges such as collection and return of Dino's® equipment. Manufacturers parts warranty is good for a period of 24 months from date of purchase.

Warranty can be claimed directly or through one of our regional authorized distributors. Original purchase receipts or installation receipts may be requested by Dino®. Warranty applies to the original owner of the product. If your product is sold or exchanged to another consumer we must be notified immediately to transfer warranty over to the new owner.

If any parts are found to be defective, despite proper use, authorized use and not as a result of fair wear and tear within the warranty period, then they will be replaced without question.

This warranty does not cover misuse and unauthorized modifications. This Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the Product. This warranty does not cover any scratching or surface damage to any Dino® products caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or from general wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover silicone pads, Teflon sheets or any consumables for the heat/mug press machines.
